Membership
Membership of Thirsty Thursday is open to all women - whatever their age and working status.
We welcome everyone along to our events but signing up for membership gives you many more benefits than our fabulous monthly socials.
'Signed-up' status
It is absolutely free to sign up to our mailing list so that we can keep as many people as possible up-to-date about what we have going on.
Once you have registered with us you will receive regular emails from us about events and activities.
To allow you to try out Thirsty Thursday, once you have signed up to our mailing list you will be invited to attend one of our monthly socials free of charge.
After you have attended that event you can either choose to join Thirsty Thursday as a member, or you can pay for each event you choose to attend. Attendance at monthly socials costs £15 after your first free event or £20 for a guest that hasn’t joined our mailing list.

Becoming a member of Thirsty Thursday
As a member of Thirsty Thursday you become part of a modern club for women – one we like to think is the sassiest and savviest around!
You will enjoy access to a range of events throughout the year including our monthly socials, afternoon teas, lunches, fundraisers, focus groups, business builders and lots more.
As a member you also have access to everything that is going on in all of our other regions. For example, if you are a member in Manchester you could also choose to attend events in Leeds, Liverpool, Lancashire or Cheshire, and you can also take advantage of the member benefits offering in all our other cites too.
Being a member is also about belonging to a community of like-minded women as well. For just £5 a month you can ensure you have at least one fabulous night out a month, find out what is happening in your region, and expand your network of friends and contacts.
Joining as a member gives you the following benefits:
- a welcome gift of pampering goodies worth £10
- regular emails about events and activities
- a personal membership card that gives you access to a range of lifestyle benefits accessible through a password protected section of the website
- free priority entry into our monthly socials held on the last Thursday of each month
- discounts on other special events held throughout the year
- access to special members only events throughout the year
- Priority on goody bags available at selected events across the year.
- In 2009 members will also have access to a special social networking section of the website allowing you to communicate effectively with other members
Membership of Thirsty Thursday costs just £20 registration fee (one-off) and then £55 a year, or £5 a month on direct debit (all prices are inclusive of VAT).
